Fine Arts Festival
The Fine Arts Festival began in 1987 as a way to share the creative talent of our K-12 art and music students with the community. Originally hosted in a tent behind Brookdale Elementary, the inaugural participants included Longwood Elementary, Indian Plains Elementary, Brookdale Elementary, Clow Elementary, Wheatland Elementary, Hill Middle School and Waubonsie Valley High School.
Today the Annual Fine Arts Festival has grown into one of the largest events of its kind. The one day festival spans across all three high school campuses and includes 80 musical performances featuring 9,000 students and 12,000 pieces of K-12 artwork on display representing students from 33 schools. Estimated attendance averages 28,000 for the one day event.
Thanks to City of Naperville for their support of this event through SECA grant funding!
