Kim White is the Executive Director of the Community Career Center in Naperville. Under her leadership, the Center expanded its resources and offerings and is now recognized as the go-to resource center for job seekers and career changers in the Western Suburbs. Kim has been recognized with several community, leadership and business awards, including, the Naperville Area Chamber of Commerce (NACC) Woman of the Month and Glen Ellyn Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Woman in Leadership award. Kim is a member of 100 Women Who Care, The Rotary Club of Naperville and NACC Not-For-Profit Advisory Board. In addition to serving on the IPEF Board, Kim also serves on the Turning Pointe Autism Foundation Board. Kim resides in Naperville with her high school sweetheart and husband of 31 years, Benny. They have two adult children, both of whom are Neuqua graduates and currently live in two great places to visit, New York City and Washington, DC. While Kim’s children attended school in the district, Kim was an active member of Parent Diversity Advisory Council, a member of PTA’s at Builta, Gregory and Neuqua, and a founding member of Parents and Administrators Together Helping Students (PATHS) at Neuqua. In her spare time, Kim can be found hanging out on the east coast with her “babies”!
